This 29 year old patient from Arizona found Dr. Pousti on the internet and came in for a consultation regarding revisionary breast surgery. She had a prior breast augmentation surgery but the results were not what she had expected. She had "bottoming out" of the implants and "lateral displacement" of the implants. she wanted to have the implant placement corrected with silicone gel implants and she wanted larger, fuller breasts. She wanted to improve the size, shape and placement of her implants and Dr. Pousti was the one to help her achieve her goals.

She had 752cc silicone gel implants made by Allergan Corporation placed. She is only 10 days post-op surgery but very pleased with her results.
