This 36 year old patient came in to meet with Dr. Pousti regarding improving the size and shape of her breasts. She wanted breast augmentation with saline breast implants as well as correction of her asymmetry (difference in size and shape between her 2 breasts) and correction of her left areola deformity. She was very pleased with Dr. Pousti’s experience and felt very comfortable. Dr. Pousti asked her to come back in for a second consultation prior to making her decision to proceed so that they could go over the details of the surgery again. Dr. Pousti decided that to achieve as much symmetry as possible, breast enlargement with saline breast implants would be placed as well as a breast lift would need to be performed on the right side. The patient was not happy with her areola so Dr. Pousti discussed areola reduction on both sides and correction of the left areola deformity. The patient decided to proceed with surgery.

In the operating room, Dr. Pousti sits the patient upright to make sure that the breasts are as symmetric as possible and to make sure that we have achieved the patient's goals.

After surgery, she has steri-strips around the incisions. She is now 1 ½ months post-op bilateral breast augmentation (with different sized saline implants), right sided mastopexy surgery (breast lifting), bilateral areaola reduction and correction of the left areola deformity. She has a 325cc saline breast implant (filled to 330cc) placed on the right and a 375cc saline breast implant (filled to 420cc) placed on the left.
