This 38 year old San Diego patient came in to meet with Dr. Pousti regarding a "mommy make-over". She wanted breast augmentation surgery. Dr. Pousti suggested that she also get a limited breast lift (mastopexy).

The patient was very unhappy with the breast asymmetry and emptiness of her breasts. She wanted them more symmetrical, fuller and perkier. After deciding to proceed with breast implants and breast lifting, she started thinking about liposuction for her flanks and inner and outer thighs.

Dr. Pousti discussed tummy tuck surgery with this patient but she didn't have enough recovery time for a tummy tuck so she proceeded with liposculpture.

She is only a month or so out of breast augmenation, breast lifting surgery as well as liposuction of the inner and outer thighs and flanks (love handles) areas. She is extremely happy with her results.
