Rhinoplasty surgery : Nose surgery

This 22 year old patient from Lemon Grove, California came in to meet with Dr. Pousti regarding her nose. She was unhappy with the size and shape of her nose. She wanted her profile to be more delicate and the tip of her nose to be refined. She was interested in rhinoplasty surgery.

She met with Dr. Pousti multiple times and discussed her goals. This patient met with multiple plastic surgeons in Southern California but she felt comfortable with Dr. Pousti. She liked the fact that he was double board certified in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery as well as General Surgery.

Immediately after surgery, the patient wakes up with a splint on her nose as well as "packing" inside her nose.

She will have bruising for a week that will subside gradually. The swelling takes alittle longer to go away.

This patient is 5 months post-op rhinoplasty surgery and extremely pleased with her results.
