| This 27-year old Mom from Romoland, California (Riverside County) was interested in tummy tuck and breast lift (mastopexy) and breast augmentation surgery. After having children, the patient knew she needed help getting back into the shape she desired. She dieted and exercised for several years and was still unhappy with her results. She needed a mommy makeover.
She still had excess skin and adipose (fat) tissue around her abdomen area that she couldn’t get rid of. She also wanted her breasts lifted for a “perkier” look and to add volume with saline breast implants.
 Before surgery The patient was also concerned with her breast asymmetry- her right breast was a little larger and droopier than her left breast.
 Immediately after surgery  Side view of cleavage and fullness obtained with breast lift with implants In order to achieve the desired breast volume, saline breast implants were used and filled to 520cc in the right breast an d 525cc in the left breast for symmetry. Submuscular placement was used and implants were made by Mentor Corporation.
