| This 21-year old patient from Wildomar, California was unhappy with the asymmetry of her breasts (they were different sizes). Her left breast is larger than her right breast. This patient was interested in breast augmentation surgery to enhance her appearance and correct her breast asymmetry.
The patient was impressed with Dr. Pousti’s collection of excellent before and after pictures on his website and decided to proceed with breast augmentation surgery after her consultation with him at his Murrieta office. Dr. Pousti stated that he would need to do a limited breast lift on the left side to improve the position of that breast as well as improve the symmetry between the two breasts.
In order to achieve her desired look, a limited breast lift (mastopexy) was performed on the left breast to achieve as much symmetry as possible along with silicone-gel breast implants, 457cc in the right breast and 421cc in the left breast with submuscular placement.
She is extremely happy with her results.
