| This 29-year old patient from El Cajon, California was interested in breast augmentation surgery. The patient was unhappy with the volume lost in her breasts from pregnancy and breast-feeding.

During her consultation, Dr. Pousti suggested a breast lift (mastopexy), which would give her a more long term and desirable look. The patient was convinced Dr. Pousti was the best surgeon for her and decided to proceed with surgery.

Mearsurements shows the “new” position of the nipple and areola.

Also, markings show the desired fullness.

With the breast lift on the right breast completed, temporary in-sizers were used to achieve the desired size, then silicone-gel implants were selected accordingly.

Dr. Pousti sits the patient up several times throughout surgery, in order to achieve as much symmetry as possible.

Because the patient was sightly asymmetric to begin with, Dr. Pousti used 659cc in the right breast and 616cc in the left breast for symmetry.
The patient is now 2-weeks post-op surgery, while still healing, the patinet is very happy with her surgery.
