| This 29-year old patient from Corona, California (Riverside County) met with Dr. Pousti to discuss revisionary breast surgery. She was very unhappy with the results of her previous surgery and was interested in revisionary breast surgery for several years.

Her previous breast augmentation / breast lifting (mastopexy) surgery (performed by another surgeon) had left her with asymmetry of the two breasts . She had capsular contracture of the right side (seen above) which was painful to the patient.
She was interested in removing her current implants, replacing them with larger silicone gel breast implants, capsulectomy (removing the scar tissue) of the right side and revisionary breast lifting to correct the placement and symmetry of her breasts.
She was very impressed by Dr. Pousti’s experience with revisionary breast augmentation surgery and the results she had seen on his website. She proceeded with scheduling surgery with Dr. Pousti.

Measurements and marking were performed to achieve the most symmetry possible.

When the patient is in the laying position the implants would fall to the outer sides.

In the operating room, Dr. Pousti and his surgical staff took great care to achieve the patient’s results. The patient’s current implants were removed, capsulectomy of the right side was performed, revisionary breast lifting was performed and new silicone gel breast implants were placed.

The patient was complaining that her right breast was very painful before her surgery with Dr. Pousti.
Here is the scar tissue, which was removed during surgery.

The patient is 3-months post-op surgery with 375cc silicone gel implants made by Mentor Corporation. She is extremely happy with her new and improved look.
Patient Testimonial:
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dr. Pousti and his amazing staff and share my story to those who are thinking of having a procedure done, or who are in the same situation that I was. I came to Dr. Pousti with a very difficult case. I had a breast augmentation ten years prior and the results were extremely disheartening. The same doctor tried to correct them, unsuccessfully, and I ended up having a breast reduction with saline implants. I was extremely self conscious, angry, sad, and frustrated. My husband and I had two kids a few years after the breast surgery. Afterwards, I began to have pain in my right breast. This continued for three years. I was living in South Carolina at the time and I talked to a couple of doctors who refused to even take on my case because it was so complicated. My breasts were continuing to change and become even more painful. We moved to California where I began my search for a possible plastic surgeon who could help. My first step was to search online. I looked at many doctor's websites, checked their credentials, looked at their before and after photos, and read many testimonials. When I came across Dr. Pousti, I knew that he was someone that I definitely wanted to meet with. Once I met Dr. Pousti, I felt like I was in very good hands. He listened to my history and was sympathetic to my situation. He was extremely honest with me about the results and he promised me that he would do his very best. He had earned my trust because of his honesty and compassion. Now that I am three months post operative, I have never been happier with my results. They turned out better than I imagined. I have regained a lot of self esteem. I can wear tube tops tops and strapless dresses. I can feel comfortable in a bikini, and most importantly, I am PAIN FREE I truly believe that there is not another plastic surgeon out there that could have done a better job. I am so thankful to Dr. Pousti and every single person who works with him, including the amazing team at the surgical center. I don't think Dr. Pousti will ever know how much he has changed my life and how grateful I am. If anyone that is in the same position that I was in, or wants any sort of procedure, Dr. Pousti is the only doctor that I would recommend.
