| This 25-year old patient from Chula Vista, California was unhappy with the appearance of her breasts and wanted to enhance in size and shape with breast augmentation surgery.
The patient found Dr. Pousti on the Internet. She met with Dr. Pousti and several of his previous patients who had breast surgery when she came into the office. She was impressed and ready was ready to under go breast augmentation surgery with saline breast implants.
During her consultation, the patient expressed to Dr. Pousti that she wanted to look natural and also brought in pictures of what she would like with achieve with surgery. Dr. Pousti, used these pictures as a guide during surgery to achieve her desired look.
 Before surgery Markings were performed prior to surgery, Dr. Pousti plans increase the distance between her nipple/areola complex and inframammary fold for a more desirable breast shape for the patient.
 After surgery Here you can see the distance increased and while still under anesthesia pectoral muscles are still relaxed and you can see how the breast shape with take over time after surgery.
