| This 19-year old patient from Ramona, California was interested in breast augmentation surgery to enhance the appearance of her breasts.
She was unhappy with the size and shape of her breasts and searched for a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to perform her surgery. Her friend, who had breast augmentation performed by Dr. Pousti, referred her. During her consultation with Dr. Pousti the patient expressed, she wanted silicone-gel breast implants for the more natural look and feel while considerably increasing in size.
In order to achieve her desired look, 700cc smooth, round, moderate profile silicone-gel breast implants were used with submuscular placement. The patient is now 3-months post-op surgery and is extremely happy with her results.
