| This 38-year old patient from Temecula, California was interested in breast augmentation with breast lift (mastopexy) . After having children, the patient became unhappy with her post-nursing breasts.
A friend, who is a patient, referred her to come and meet with Dr. Pousti to discuss breast augmentation and possible breast lifting. The patient expressed that she wanted the volume she had before breast feeding her 2 children.
The areola will be reduced in size and moved to a more pleasing position on the chest wall. She will have more fullness and “perkier” breasts.
After breast lifting, temporary in-sizers were used and filled to the patient’s desired look. Dr. Pousti sits the patient upright in the operating room with the temporary sizer in place to determine what size implant will achieve the goals of the patient. Then 550cc silicone gel breast implants were selected and placed under the muscle.
Immediately after surgery.
The patient is now 6-months post-op surgery and is extremely pleased with her results.
