| This 36-year old patient from Wilmington, Delaware was interested in breast augmentation surgery to enhance the size of her breasts. After having 4 children, she lost volume in her breasts from pregnancy and breast-feeding.
The patient wanted to achieve the fullness she once had and also increase in breasts size. She and her husband were moving to California and researched for an experienced Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and found Dr. Pousti on the Internet. A limited lift (mastopexy) was necessary to achieve the desired look of the patient; a limited lift is a minimal lift, which the incision is around the areola only, and lift the nipple and areola up about 1-2cm without the vertical incision.
The patient is now 5-months post-op surgery with 659cc silicone-gel filled breast implants in both breasts with submuscular placement. She is extremely happy with her results.
