| This 56 year old from Temecula, California was interested in a breast augmentation and mastopexy. She was searching the internet for a board certified plastic surgeon and found Dr. Pousti, a double board certified surgeon. The patient felt Dr. Pousti’s credentials, experience, and website content was superior to those she had previously looked at. She was impressed with the amount of “before” and “after” photos Dr. Pousti’s website displayed as well as all of the testimonials from his patients. The patient scheduled a consultation to meet with Dr. Pousti without hesitation.
During her consultation, she was able to meet with several other patients who had breast lift/augmentation and ask them questions. She was able to see patient’s results first hand and talk to them about their journey with Dr. Pousti and their overall experience with their surgery. The patient felt very comfortable with choosing Dr. Pousti as her surgeon.
She met with Dr. Pousti again prior to surgery, to perform measurements and markings of her chest. The red “x” indicates where the new areola/nipple will be after surgery.
During the breast lifting/augmentation process, the areola’s are also reduced to create symmetry with the new breasts. Dr. Pousti used Smooth Round Moderate Plus Profile Saline Implants filled to 450cc on each breast.
The patient is still very fresh, but is already satisfied with her results.
