| This 20-year old patient was interested in breast augmentation surgery to enhance the size of her breasts. She was unhappy with the volume of her breasts and wanted to significantly increase in size for cleavage and fullness.
Her friend is a patient of Dr. Pousti, who had revisionary breast surgery, and after seeing her friend’s results from her surgery, the patient knew Dr. Pousti was the best surgeon for her and decided to proceed with surgery.

Immediately after surgery with saline breast implants filled to 600cc in both breasts.
