| This is a 42-year old patient from San Diego, California who is 5-years post-op breast augmentation surgery.

Although the patient was extremely happy with the results of her surgery, the patient explained she has changed her life style and is now exercising daily and running marathons. The patient wanted Dr. Pousti to perform her surgery to remove her breast implants.
During her examination, Dr. Pousti suggested that a breast lift (mastopexy) would be necessary, because of the volume lost in the breasts after removing the breast implants. After discussing the risks and complications of breast lifting surgery, the patient decided to proceed with surgery.

Measurements and marking were carefully made prior to surgery. THe “x” is where the nipple-areola complexes would be moved to.

The patient is now 6-weeks post-op surgery and very happy with her results.
