| This 47-year old patient from Rancho Santa Fe, California was interested in breast augmentation and breast lift surgery. After having children, her breasts were “deflated” and she was also unhappy with her left breast being smaller than her right breast.
 Before Surgery The patient wanted a breast lift to create fullness back to the volume that was lost from her breasts after having / nursing children.
Understanding her concerns and in order to achieve her desired look, smooth, round, moderated plus profile silicone-gel implants were used, 525cc in the left breast and 500cc in the right breast for symmetry correction.
