| This 37-year old patient from Temecula, California (Riverside County) was interested in breast reduction surgery for several years.
The patient wanted a surgeon who is experienced and Board Certified. After extensive research, the patient found Dr. Pousti on the Internet. During her consultation, the patient complained of back, shoulder, and neck pain, due to the weight of her breasts. The patient and Dr. Pousti reviewed the risks and benefits of a breast reduction and breast lift (mastopexy), the patient was happy to proceed with surgery.
Markings were done the night prior to surgery. Dr. Pousti carefully measures and marks the new position of the nipples and areola complex.
