| This 19-year old patient from Hemet, California (Riverside County) was interested in breast augmentation surgery. Several members of her family, who are patients, referred her to Dr. Pousti.

The patient was unhappy with the shape and size of her breasts and wanted fullness and cleavage. She didn’t like the “constricted” look of her breasts.

During the examination Dr. Pousti informed the patient that she had mild case of tuberous (tubular) breast deformity, and in order to achieve her desired look, an incision around the areola would be needed to release the constricted tissue and slightly lifts the breasts, also removing some excess skin envelope making the breasts into a more rounded shape.
After reviewing her options, the patient decided to proceed with surgery.

The patient is 3-days post-op surgery with surgical tape around the areola to protect the incisions while healing.

The patient is 2-weeks post-op surgery and the surgical tape is removed.

After Surgery
She is now 3-months post-op surgery. In order to achieve her desired look, smooth, round, moderated profile, saline breast implants were used, filled to 375cc in the left breast and 350cc in the right breast, for symmetrywith submuscular placement.
The patient is extremely happy with her results and is now more confident with her appearance.
