| This 30 year old patient from Corona, California had her breast augmentation performed in New York and was left with unsatisfactory results. She was interested in revisionary breast surgery and began research online for a surgeon with ample experience. During her research the patient kept coming across Dr. Pousti’s name and decided to set up a consultation. During her consult she was able to meet with Dr. Pousti and also some of his previous patients. After her first visit she was confident that Dr. Pousti could give her the look she wanted.

Many visits are made prior to surgery to discuss possible revisionary surgery options and to ensure all questions are answered. Markings of the breasts are also made to promote breast symmetry. These markings are re-checked in the operating room and adjustments are made if needed.

The patient’s breast implants are removed through a small incision made along the areola. Dr. Pousti generally uses prior incision lines to avoid additional scaring. Previous breast implants are removed and work on the breast pockets is started.

In order to meet the patients goals 800cc saline implants overfilled to 1450ccs were used in each breast.

The patient is extremely happy with the results of her breast surgery.
