| This 37-year patient from Chicago, Illinois was interested in breast implant revision surgery. The patient was unhappy with the shape and size of her previous surgery and also unhappy with the mal-position of her breast implants. The patient complained her implants were positioned too much on her sides and wanted to achieve more cleavage.
The patient researched for a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who is experienced in extra large breast augmentation surgery and overfilling saline breast implants safely and found Dr. Pousti on the Internet. After reading outstanding testimonials of patients who were post breast augmentation surgery with the same type of revisionary surgeries, the patient flew in San Diego to meet Dr. Pousti and decided to proceed with surgery.
(Intra-Operative) Markings were performed prior to surgery. The arrows show where the patient wanted more fullness.
The patient previously had 800cc saline breast implants, markings were made in detail to achieve as much cleavage as possible.
Markings here show the implant mal-position (the implants were falling into her armpits). Internal sutures (internal bra) were used to reinforce the new position of the breast implants.

The patient is now 5-days post-op revisionary breast surgery with saline breast implants over filled to 1400cc in both breasts made by Mentor Corporation. The patient is extremely happy with her results and is looking forward to healing and her implants settling down.
