| This 35-year old patient from La Jolla, California was interested in breast implant revision surgery. The patient was post breast augmentation surgery in Columbia and was unhappy with the results of her surgery.
The patient wanted the most experienced Board Certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon to perform her revisionary breast surgery and found Dr. Pousti on the Internet. During her consultation with Dr. Pousti at his La Jolla office, the patient expressed, she wanted to significantly increase her breast size and also to remove a vertical scar, which was from her hysterectomy as well as excess fat tissue and excess skin around her abdominal area. After several consultations, the patient decided to proceed with surgery.

Her previous breast implants were removed, then replaced with 600cc silicone-gel breast implants with a mini tummy tuck. Liposuction of the abdomen was also performed; the patient is very pleased with the results of her surgery.

Tummy Tuck is a surgery that requires special care, attention, patience and effort: move your feet to avoid clots, do not take showers until drains removal (three weeks in my case), empty the drains and make notes, take the medicine on time for discomfort, ware a garment (JC Penny has a good ones), do not make any effort, take stool softener, be aware of not being able to walk straight for several weeks. My experience wit Dr. Pousti and his team was highly positive, I knew I was in good hands! Thank you Dr. Pousti and everyone for making my dream a reality.
