| This 26-year old mommy of 2 from San Diego, California was very unhappy with her post-baby body and was interested in tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) and breast augmentation surgery for several years.

The patient was able to lose the baby weight with diet and exercise. However, after having children, with abdominal muscle separation and loss of skin elasticity from pregnancy, her abdomen area was unable to “bounce back” into shape. She could not get rid of the “bulge” in that area.

Markings were carefully measured in detail the night before surgery.
The patient was also unhappy with the size and shape of her breasts, during her consultation, the patient explained in detail that she wanted to only fill in the volume that was lost in her breasts from pregnancy and breast-feeding.

In order to achieve her desired look, Dr. Pousti suggested breast lift surgery, because the patient wasn’t interested in significantly increasing in size, without a breast lift, cleavage would not be achievable.
The patient is 5-months post-op with saline breast implants, filled to 390cc in both breasts made by Mentor Corporation. The patient is extremely pleased with the results of her surgery.
