| This 35-year old patient from San Diego, California was interested in tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) and breast augmentation surgery.

The patient was unhappy with her post-baby body. She had lost the fullness of her breasts after breast feeding her babies and her abdominal muscles had separated. She was left with extra skin and adipose tissue around the abdominal area that was resistant to exercise and diet.
Dr. Pousti and the patient discussed a ‘mommy makeover’ and the patient proceeded with surgery.

Markings were scheduled the night prior to surgery. Measurements were marked in detail.

In order to achieve her desired look, Dr. Pousti performed an extended tummy tuck, which is a standard tummy with a back lipectomy (Lift). Smooth, round, moderated profile saline breast implants filled to 475cc in both breasts, made by Mentor Corporation.

Incisions after 3-weeks.
The patient is now 7-months post-op surgery and loves her results.
