| This is a 38-year old patient from San Jacinto, California (Riverside County) who was interested in breast lift and breast augmentation surgery. After nursing her children, she had lost the volume in her breasts and wanted them back to “pre-baby” size and shape. She wanted a mommy makeover!
The patient wanted an experienced Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to perform her surgery. She was looking for the best plastic surgeon in Southern California who performed a lot of breast augmentation / breast lifting combination surgery. During her consultation, the patient was able to speak with patients who were post surgery of the same procedure and were willing to share their experiences with the patient. After seeing outstanding results from previous patients, the patient knew Dr. Pousti was the best plastic surgeon for her and scheduled for surgery.
The patient expressed, she was interested in breast lift and breast augmentation surgery for several years, and now that her children are older, the patient decided to proceed with surgery.

(Intra-Operative) Immediately after surgery. As you can see, the patient’s breasts are much fuller and “more perky”.
In order to achieve her desired look, 533cc silicone-gel breast implants were used in both breasts, made by Allergan Corporation. The patient is now 6-weeks post-op breast surgery. The patient is very pleased with her results and amazed at how quickly she healed.
