| This 36 year old mom from Escondido had been wanting a “mommy make-over” for some time. She had 2 children and wanted to get her body back. She wanted breast augmentation, breast lifting and tummy tuck surgery.
She met with several surgeons in Southern California and felt the most comfortable with Dr. Pousti. He told her that he would be able to give her a beautiful result. She decided to proceed with surgery.
She was “marked” the night before surgery as well as the morning of surgery. The markings indicated where the incisions will be and how the procedure will take place.
This patient was concerned about getting rid of the “rolls” on her side and into her back. Notice Dr. Pousti marking into the back area to make sure she gets an “hourglass” result.
A breast lift (mastopexy) was performed with only a vertical scar (no horizontal scar). The “x” on the picture indicates where the nipple-areola complex will be moved to.
Notice the asymmetry between the two breasts. Dr. Pousti worked hard to minimize the breast asymmetry as much as possible.
