| This 46 year old stay at home mom was not happy with her previous breast augmentation surgery results and wanted revisionary breast surgery. Her implants were placed sub-glandular (over the muscle) by her previous surgeon. She had developed scar tissue formation and her breasts were now firm and uncomfortable.

She researched online to find a surgeon who specialized in revisionary breast augmentation surgery and found Dr. Pousti. When Dr. Pousti examined the patient, he went over all of the different options with her. He recommended that she remove her current breast implants, remove the scar tissue (capsulectomy), move the breast implants from sub-glandular(above the muscle) to sub-muscular (below the muscle) and place new silicone gel implants for her.

The patient felt comfortable with Dr. Pousti’s experience and decided to proceed with Breast Implant Revision Surgery. She went into the office the night prior to surgery to have Dr. Pousti perform markings and measurements prior to surgery. She discussed with Dr. Pousti that she was looking for more fullness on top but with a natural look.

The arrows above indicate where the patient wanted more fullness.

Above is the old implants that were removed as well as the capsule from each breast.

The right breast has a temporary sizer placed as well as pocket work to achieve the look and size the patient was striving for.

Above is in the operating room immediately after her breast implant revision surgery. She is extremely happy with her results.
