| This 46-year old patient from Westminster, California (Orange County) was unhappy with her previous breast augmentation surgery performed by another surgeon.

Due to the results of her previous breast surgery, the patient looked into revisionary breast surgery. Her sister, who recently had surgery performed by Dr. Pousti referred her. Immediately after her consultation, the patient decided to proceed with breast revision surgery with silicone gel breast implants.

Dr. Pousti would create more distance between the nipple/areola complex and the inframammary fold, and “new” breast pockets would be created for the new silicone gel implants to settle into.

Upon the removal of her previous breast implants, the patient appears to have some slight chest concavity.

With the concavity of her chest cavity, Dr. Pousti elevates the patient up and down to make sure symmetry was achieved as much as possible.

492cc silicone gel breast implants were used in both breasts, with submuscular placement.
