This 30 year old patient was interested in breast augmentation revision surgery. She was unhappy with the placement of her breast implants. Her nipple/ areola pointed “outward” and she was interested in correcting the size and shape of her breasts.
She was pleased with Dr. Pousti’s expertise in revision breast surgery and decided to have her surgery.
Markings and measurements are performed prior to surgery and goals were discussed in detail. Above you can see where the ADM (also known as Strattice) will be placed during the revision breast surgery.
The patient’s breast implants were removed and internal pocket repair was performed (internal bra).
Acellular Dermal Matrix (see below) is used for additional coverage and support during surgery.
Immediately after breast augmentation revision surgery with use of Strattice.
