| This 44-year old patient from Hermosillo, Mexico who is post breast augmentation, which left her with undesirable results (performed by another surgeon in Mexico).
The patient researched for the best Board Certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon to perform her complexed case and after reviewing many successful revisionary breast surgeries online, the patient found Dr. Pousti. The patient met with Dr. Pousti in his San Diego office to discuss her surgery in detail, and after careful consideration the patient scheduled for surgery.
Measurements and markings were carefuly made.
Dr. Pousti repaired the inflammatory skin to correct the “double bubble” using internal sutures to create an “internal bra” for the new postition of the implants.

The patient wanted to use her current implants, and with careful examination her implants were in excellent condition and was used.
1560cc were filled in the left breast and 1580cc in the right breast, again, for symmetry. The patient is now 1-day post op overfill breast augmentation revision. The patient is extremely happy with her new look.
