| This 42-year-old patient from Chula Vista, California (South San Diego County) was post breast augmentation surgery with subglandular placement with 3 attempts of revisionary breast surgery (performed by 2 different surgeons) without the patient being happy with her results.

Due to the results of her previous surgeries, the patient desperately researched for a Surgeon who is Board Certified in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and had the most experience with the use of AlloDerm tissue with revisionary breast surgery.

During her consultation, the patient explained in detail, she was interested increasing in breast size for more fullness and cleavage, while reconstructing her breasts for a more desirable look.
After discussing the risks and complications in detail, the patient was confident in Dr. Pousti to achieve the best results possible.

The patient had very little breast tissue and thin skin; AlloDerm was used in the areas where the implant was visible underneath the skin, providing more support and coverage of the breast implant.

Her previous 600cc breast implants were removed and replaced with new 800cc silicone-gel breast implants with submuscular placement. The patient is now 3-weeks post-op surgery and very happy with her results.
