| This 29-year old patient from Arkansas was unhappy with the results of her previous breast augmentation surgeries, due to “bottoming out” and symmastia the patient was interested in breast revision surgery. The patient had tried 2 other surgeons to correct her breasts and each time, each surgeon attempted to correct her breasts twice, which is a total of 4 revisionary surgeries.
After having a baby, the patient explained that the pregnancy had “hidden” most of her concerns but didn’t correct the mal-position of her implants.

The patient researched online for a Board Certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon who is experienced in complexed breast cases, and after reading hundreds of outstanding reviews of Dr. Pousti, the patient and her husband knew that they had to fly into San Diego to have her revisionary breast surgery performed by Dr. Pousti.

After several consultations via e-mail and phone, planning and preparations, the patient flew into San Diego the night before surgery for markings and measurements for the planned procedure. The patient was extremely confident in Dr. Pousti and decided to proceed with surgery.

The patient explained she wanted to increase in breast size and achieve fullness and more cleavage.

While in the laying position, the patient was unhappy with the position of the implants and wanted her breasts to sit more in the center and not on the side.

Incisions above her areolas were made, the patient wishes to remove the extra areola skin on her left breast and the same incision was made in her right breast for symmetry. Her previous saline breast implants were removed and internal sutures were used to repair the ”bottoming out” and create the “new” inflammatory fold.

After the internal repairs, temporary in-sizers where placed and filled to the desired fullness and cleavage.

500cc silicone-gel breast implants were selected and placed under the muscle.
The patient is now 6-months post-op surgery and is EXTREMELY pleased with her results and writes to us from Arkansas.
