This 27 year old patient had breast augmentation surgery by Dr. Pousti in 2008 with Smooth Round Moderate Profile Gel Breast Implant 350cc.  She achieved a beautiful, natural look with this surgery.

The patient continued to come for her follow up appointments and thought that Dr. Pousti performed a beautiful job on her breast implant surgery but she was just having a hard time “getting used to the breast implants”.  After 3 years and much consideration, the patient decided to remove the breast implants completely and not replace them at all.

She and Dr. Pousti discussed the potential risks and complications related to removal of breast implants and the possibility of having “loose, saggy skin” but the patient was willing to proceed with surgery.

She is now 1 month post op removal of breast implants and very happy with her results.
