| This 47-year old Nurse from Temecula, California (Riverside County) is post breast augmentation surgery performed by another Surgeon. The patient was not happy with the results of her previous surgeon and came in to see Dr. Pousti interested in breast revision surgery.
After meeting Dr. Pousti for a consultation, impressed with Dr. Pousti’s training and experience, the patient knew he was the best surgeon for her.
Due to “bottoming out” on her right breast, she wanted her breasts revised with better size and symmetry.
Due to the apparent extra skin on the right breast, a lift (mastopexy) was necessary to achieve as much fullness and symmetry as possible.
Along with a breast lift on the right breast, internal sutures were used to create an “internal bra” for the new position of the implant and the breast pocket was revised as well.
Temporary in-sizers were used and filled to achieve the desired look of the patient, and converted into cc’s then pre-filled silicone-gel breast implants were selected.
600cc was placed in the left breast and 550cc in the right breast for symmetry.
The patient is now 2 1/2 years post-op surgery.
