| This 53-year old patient from Alpine, California is post-op breast augmentation surgery in 2006 (performed by another surgeon). Due to painful encapsulation, the patient was very unhappy with the results of her previous surgery.
The patient researched for a Surgeon that is Board Certified in Plastic and Reconstructive surgery to perform her revisionary breast surgery, and found Dr. Pousti on the Internet. After reading outstanding reviews online, the patient knew Dr. Pousti was the best surgeon for her.
During her consultation, the patient also expressed, she was dissatisfied of how her previous incisions healed and was interested in scar revision as well.
Markings were performed prior to surgery in detail to achieve the desired look of the patient, Dr. Pousti noted that her right breast is slightly larger than her left breast. The patient wanted to look as natural as possible some fullness and cleavage.
