| This 34-year old patient from Anchorage, Alaska was interested in revision breast surgery. The patient was unhappy with her prior breast augmentation surgery with subgrandular placement (implants placed over the muscle), due to encapsulation and “bottoming-out” (performed by another surgeon). The patient researched for a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and found Dr. Pousti on the Internet.

The patient explained that she is looking for a more natural, symmetrical, full look and feel.
Understanding the her concerns, her previous saline breast implants were removed, internal sutures and capsulorrhaphy were performed, then 400cc silicone-gel breast implants were placed with submuscularly in both breasts made by Mentor Corporation.
The patient is 5-months post-op surgery and is extremely please with her results. The patient sent updated picture via e-mail.
