| This 40-year old patient from San Diego, California is status post breast augmentation surgery (performed by another surgeon).
The patient researched for a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon that is experienced in extra large breast implants (overfill), because of the risk and complications and found Dr. Pousti through reading outstanding reviews of his work on the Internet. After coming across his website, the patient viewed many of his previous patients who has overfilled implants and knew she wanted Dr. Pousti to perform her surgery.
Markings were made prior to surgery for the planned procedure. The patient was unsatisfied with the size and shape; she wanted to significantly increase in size while achieving plenty of cleavage. 
While laying down, the patient stated how her previous implants were positioned on her sides (laterally) and as a result, she was very unhappy.

The previous implants were removed, internal sutures were used to to create an “internal bra” for the new positions of the implants.
Implants were placed submuscularly and filled to 1300cc in both breasts.
Here the patient is 4-days post-op surgery, surgical tape and bandages are kept in place to protect the internal sutures for proper healing.
Now the patient is 3-weeks post-op surgery.
She is very pleased with the results of her surgery and is excited for the final results.
