| This 23-year old patient from Seattle, Washington was interested in breast implant revision surgery. The patient was unhappy with the size and shape of her breast implants from her previous surgery (performed by another surgeon).
The patient wanted to significantly increase in breast size and researched for a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who is experienced in overfilling extra large implants safely. She found Dr. Pousti on the Internet, after reviewing excellent reviews and testimonials of patients who are post-op revisionary breast augmentation surgery of the same procedure.
The patient flew into San Diego to meet with Dr. Pousti and scheduled for revisionary surgery.
Markings were performed before surgery, arrows show the areas that fullness was desired by the patient.
In order to achieve the look that she wanted, Dr. Pousti used saline implants made by Allergan Corporation filled to 1290cc in the left breast and 1340 in the right breast for improved symmetry between the 2 breasts.
She is only 2-days post op surgery and is happy with her results.
