| This patient had previously had abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) surgery as well as breast augmentation and breast lifting (mastopexy) surgeries but not with the results that she was hoping for.

Her scars were too thick and dark. She was unhappy with the scars under her arm pits from previously removing excess skin (performed by another surgeon). Her breasts were uneven (asymmetry). She wanted larger, fuller breasts…. She found Dr. Pousti online and when she met him, she knew that he was her surgeon.

The night before her surgery, Dr. Pousti asked for this patient to come into the office for “markings”. This is when Dr. Pousti “draws” on the patient and discusses the procedure in detail. They had decided to perform a revisionary tummy tuck procedure, improve the scar on her abdomen as well as under her arm, improve the symmetry of her breasts as well as making the breasts larger.
She is now only 1-year post-op revision of abdominoplasty, revision of arm lift, revision of breast augmentation / mastopexy with larger saline implants of 600cc on the right and 650cc on the left for symmetry. This patient is very happy with her results.
