| This 30 year old patient from the Cayman Islands found Dr. Pousti on the internet when she was searching for a specialist in revisionary breast surgery. She had previously had breast augmentation surgery and not happy with the end results. She saw Dr. Pousti’s results online and was impressed. She was interested in revisionary breast augmentation surgery with silicone gel implants. After her first surgery, her breasts were uneven and she didn’t like the shape.
Dr. Pousti took his time in the Operating room to give this patient the most symmetric result. He lowered the pocket on the the left side and improved the space between the breasts.
