| This 32-year old patient from San Diego, California was uncomfortable with the look of his chest and was interested in male breast reduction surgery.

His friend referred him to Dr. Pousti. While researching Dr. Pousti on the Internet, the patient was able to read a great deal of information on gynecomastia, and was confident Dr. Pousti was the best surgeon for him.

Markings were made in detail according to the planned procedure.

The glandular tissue must be removed. This firm fibrous tissue extends from the nipple areola complex down to the surface of the pectoral muscle beneath.

Liposuction was performed to remove some of the fatty tissue which always surrounds this ductal tissue. Without this liposuction some patients would have a “donut” shaped defect after removal of the ductal tissue.

Immediately after surgery.
The patient is now 4-months post-op surgery and is extremely happy with his results.
