| This 60 year old patient from San Diego, California had been interested in facial rejuvenation surgery for several years and decided to do some research on facial procedures. The patient was referred to Dr. Pousti by a close friend and previous patient of his and was impressed with his experience and credentials. The patient felt comfortable proceeding with him after she saw the results of his face lifting procedures. The patient did not like how the “jowls” hung down and she also wanted to tighten up her neck. Her goal was to not look like she had surgery, just look “more rested”.
Prior to surgery the patient careful measurements and markings are done. The face lifting procedure is reviewed with the patient in detail and exact incision lines are reviewed as well.
In order to give this patient her desired look she decided to add the neck lifting procedure as well. During the neck lift the playsma muscles are repaired to help redefine the neck.
The patient is extremely happy with the results of her face lift surgery.
