I came to Dr. Pousti for rhinoplasty and eyelid surgery. I broke my nose when I was 12 and a small bump had formed from the accident. I had always dreamed of having my nose refined after that accident, but never did until I found a surgeon like Dr. Pousti that I was confident in. I have spoken with several other plastic surgeons over the past 25 years, but never felt confident to have the surgery done. That all changed when I met Dr. Pousti. He even called the night before to make sure I was doing ok. When I arrived for surgery the next morning, he pulled out his notes and plan he had made just for me. I was very impressed and felt even more confident that Dr. Pousti would be giving me the very best nose possible. He went over his plan with me, made some marks on my face and then we went in to surgery. Dr. Pousti was straight forward with me about the difficult recovery, and that was very much appreciated. I won't say that I woke up feeling great, after all, nose surgery is no cake walk but I was made as comfortable as possible. The first 3 days of recovery were the hardest, but after that recovery was fast. I was up and around by the end of the week and back to work the next week. The recovery from the eyelid portion of the surgery was a piece of cake. My nose is better than I had ever dreamed. My eyes stand out more now that the extra skin is gone. I am no longer embarrassed of my side view profile. I am so happy to have the bump gone
