| This 37-year old patient from Temecula, California (Riverside County) was interested in a “Mommy Makeover“. After having 3 children by Cesarean the patient was unhappy with her post-baby body.
The patient researched for an experienced mommy makeover surgeon. After reading many outstanding reviews of Dr. Pousti on the Internet, the patient decided to meet with Dr. Pousti in his Murrieta office.
During her consultation, the patient expressed, she was unhappy with her loose, excess skin of her lower abdomen as a result from her pregnancies. Even with diet and exercise, the patient was unable to loose the extra adipose tissue (fat) and skin. After discussing the risks and benefits of surgery, the patient decided to proceed.

Dr. Pousti performed a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty). Separated abdominal wall muscles were repaired and excess skin removed. Along with liposuction of the abdomen and flanks.

A breast lift (mastopexy) with breast implants were performed for fullness and cleavage. Temporary sizers were used to see what size breast implant would achieve the desired size of the patient.
The sizers are removed and 339cc silicone-gel breast implants were used in both breasts with submuscular placement.

The patient is about 10-weeks post-op tummy tuck surgery with 339 silicone gel breast implants were used in both breasts along with breast lifting. She is extremely pleased with her new mommy look.
