| This 32-year old patient from Murrieta (Riverside County) California, interested in abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) and breast augmentation / breast lift (mastopexy) surgery for a couple of years.
After having children, with muscle separation of the abdominal wall, and volume lost in her breasts from pregnancy and breast-feeding, the patient wanted a mommy makeover.
She was referred to Dr. Pousti from 2 of his previous patients who had the same procedure she was interested in.
Immediately after surgery with pain pump intact.
She is now 2 months post-op surgery, with silicone-gel breast implants. The patient had some breast asymmetry, her right breast was slightly larger then her right, Dr. Pousti used 550cc in the left breast and 500cc in the right breast in order to as much symmetry as possible. The patient is very happy with the results of her surgery.
