| This 28-year old patient from San Diego, California was interested in tummy tuck surgery (abdominoplasty) and breast augmentation. The patient loves being a mom, however she was unhappy with her post-baby body as a result from her pregnancies.
After knowing that she was not planning on having any more kids, the patient decided to proceed with mommy makeover surgery. She is a previous patient and has had procedures performed by Dr. Pousti in the past. When she made the decision to go forward with surgery, she knew she wanted Dr. Pousti to perform her mommy makeover surgery.
For multi-procedures, Dr. Pousti likes to meet with the patient it night before surgery to map the procedures, make measurements and markings in detail as a guide to achieve as much symmetry as possible for the patient the day of surgery.
Dr. Pousti also suggests that the patient bring in a bikini bottom for markings so that Dr. Pousti can plan where he will put the incision so that it will be hidden under her bikini.
The patient is fully healed with 575cc silicone gel breast implants in both breasts with submuscular placement and is doing great; she loves her results and is now 3-months post-op surgery.
