| This 25-year old patient from Montclair, California (San Bernardino County) was interested in breast revision surgery. The patient had breast augmentation surgery performed in 2008 by another surgeon. The patient was unhappy with the outcome of her surgery, which left her with symmastia. Symmastia is a result of over-dissection of the tissues in the cleavage area. This over-dissection is performed to create or increase cleavage for the patients.

The patient researched for a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon on the Internet and seen Dr. Pousti amazing results of patients he has helped correct their symmastia.

The patient was unhappy with her implants merging together.
The patient came into the Murrieta office and after meeting with Dr. Pousti, she knew, she wanted Dr. Pousti to perform her breast revision surgery.

Markings are performed prior to surgery. The “red” markings are the areas which Dr. Pousti would perform the the internal sutures to correct the symmastia.
The patient expressed that she did not want breast implants at this time, and she may want to have breast re-augmentation in the future. She is 2-weeks post-op surgery and very pleased with her results.
