| This 20-year-old patient from San Diego, California was interested in breast augmentation surgery to correct the appearance of her breasts (severely asymmetric).

The patient was very unhappy with the size and shape of her breasts, her right breast was smaller than her left breast and also had a mild condition of tubular breast deformity.

The patient researched online for an experienced Board Certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery to perform her complex case, and after seeing numerous before and after photos of successful tubular deformity corrections, the patient found Dr. Pousti.

Natural fullness and cleavage obtain with submuscular placement.

Immediately after surgery, saline breast implants were used and filled to 425cc in the left breast and 575cc in the right breast in order to achieve as much symmetry as possible. Incision around the areolas were made to remove excess skin envelope in order to reduce the “tubular” shape and made into a rounder more desirable shape.
The patient is now 2-months post-op surgery and is extremely happy with her new and improved appearance.
