When I walked into Dr. Pousti’s reception room for the first time I wondered if my first impression could possibly be an indication of what was to come. From the wonderful choice of piped-in music to the soothing ambience of the front office to the pleasant demeanor of the office staff, I was very impressed. Meeting with Dr. Pousti just enhanced the whole experience due to his confidence-inspiring, “can-do” yet realistic attitude. I was never disappointed during the whole process of my breastlift procedure – from pre-op visits to the day of operation prep to the conscientious follow-up. After returning home to Hawaii after the procedure I had questions and concerns, being so far away during the healing process, but I never felt like I was left on my own since my phone messages and e-mails were immediately answered – even on Sunday! I was always treated with dignity, courteousness and professionalism by all of the doctor’s staff and by Dr. Pousti himself. I’m pleased with my results and I would recommend Dr. Pousti to anyone.

Hello! I have been incredibly self conscious about my breast size my whole life and finally chose to do something about it. I kept searching the web for surgeons and Dr. Pousti kept coming up. I am from Hawaii so I emailed the office to ask a few questions and check them out and they were so fast at responding! They answered all of my questions and put me at ease immediately. I flew out and went to the pre-op nervous and unsure of what to expect. The entire office staff was so welcoming and understanding I immediately felt at home. I met with Dr. Pousti and after talking to him and seeing how patient he was with helping to address my concerns I trusted his ability to go through with surgery.
