My Experience with Dr. Pousti and his staff has been nothing but positive. I searched far and wide for just the right Dr. to help me with my facelift and brow lift. After Gastric Bypass surgery two years ago, I was happily left with a lot of excess skin. The most troubling areas for me were my neck, face, and brow. Dr. Pousti’s staff answered many questions and I spoke personally with Dr. Pousti twice. I live in Wyoming so most of our communication was by email or phone.
My results…. I am thrilled, my neck looks great, all the saggy turkey waddle is gone! The many folds around my mouth and nose are normal! My droopy eyebrows are lifted perfectly! I feel that I now look like I was supposed to. Not only is Dr. Pousti a very gifted and talented surgeon but a gentleman also.

I would have to say that my experience with Dr. Pousti and his staff was excellent!! I had no idea what to expect and I was very pleasantly surprised with their kindness then their knowledge and professionalism. I never once felt ashamed or afraid. They made sure that I felt welcome and free to be myself, ask stupid question, and express my emotions about the procedure. Dr. Pousti was such a gentleman! He is such a kind doctor. I felt very comfortable with him. Besides the fact that he is an excellent surgeon I would be proud to call him a friend.
Being from out of state I felt like I already knew both the doctor and his staff before I arrived because I had spoken to them on the phone and via email. They always remembered me, I was not just another patient. They treated me like a human being. That was unexpected and refreshing. I was looking forward to meeting them in person.
Overall I had a wonderful time…… oh yea and one day I had surgery. I hardly remember the part. Thank you Dr. Pousti and Staff! I’ll never be the same.
