Rhinoplasty (nose):
I have gotten rhinoplasty done. I was 17 when I did it, and I am extremely pleased with the results. Dr. Tom J. Pousti, is absolutely amazing. He truly knows what he is doing and is dedicated to making his patients happy. I am truly pleased with my results, and if I were to do anything, or to recommend anyone, I would certainly think of Dr. Pousti. When I first went into the office, right a way the every one of the workers, including Dr. Pousti, made me feel welcome at comfortable. If I were to go anywhere else, I would not feel the same. Going through rhinoplasty was a rough time, but Dr. Pousti guided me through it and made sure I was doing fine. If anything were to go wrong he let me know he would be there 24/7! I thank him every time I look in the mirror = )

I AM FOURTY SIX YEARS OLD, AND I RESIDE IN TEMECULA ,CA. AFTER CONTERMPLATING ON HAVING MY NOSE ALTERED, AND ALSO A BREAST AUGMENTATION, I MADE SEVERAL APPOINTMENTS IN THIS TOWN WITH SUPPOSSIDLY TWO TOP DOCTORS .ONE DR. ——- WHO LEFT ME WAITING IN HIS LOBBY FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF, I NEVER GOT TO SEE HIM SO I GOT UP AND LEFT NO ONE EVEN NOTICED . SECOND, AFTER BEING A LITTLE SKEPTICAL, I MADE AN APPOINTMENT WITH DR. —— , I WAS DRILLED BY HIM PERSONALLY, HE LEFT ME CRYING WITH SHAME IN HIS OFFICE I FELT I COULDNT ASK THE RIGHT QUESTIONS THAT I THOUGHT I HAD EVERY RIGHT TO AND HE CAME HIGHLY RECCOMENDED, AFTER HE SAW THAT I WAS IN TEARS HE COLDLY APOLOGIZED AND SAID HE NEEDED TO LEAVE HE HAD AN APPOINTMENT. HIS STAFF SAW THAT I LEFT IN TEARS AND CALLED ME ON THE PHONE TO APOLOGIZE AND MAYBE WE COULD RESCHEDULE I TOLD THEM ABSOLUTELY NOT HE WAS RUDE . I WAS CONVINCED I SHOULD JUST LEAVE MY NOSE AND MY BREASTS ALONE .I TRIED ONE MORE TIME, I FOUND DR. POUSTI E-MAILED HIS OFFICE, WITHIN A FEW MINUTES A MEMBER OF HIS STAFF PHONED ME PERSONALLY, SHE WAS VERY SWEET, SHE MADE MY APPOINTMENT WITHIN A FEW DAYS, I HAVE TO STRONGLY STRESS AS SOON AS I WALKED IN TO DR. POUSTIS OFFICE I WAS GREETED WARMLY BY EVERYONE OF HIS STAFF MEMBERS .I BARLEY GOT A CHANCE TO SIT DOWN AND CATCH MY BREATH WHEN A SWEET ASSISTANT NAMED VANESSA GREETED ME AND ASKED ME WHILE I WAS WAITING FOR THE DR. IF I WOULD BE INTERESTED IN LOOKING AT HIS WORK FROM PATIENTS IN A WAITING ROOM. RIGHT AWAY I WAS ABLE TO PERSONALLY SEE HIS WORK ,TALK TO THE PATIENT, AND ASK HER ALL THE QUESTIONS THAT RUN THROUGH YOUR MIND AND I REMEMBER COMING HOME AND SAYING TO MY HUSBAND, IM A WOMAN, AND I NEVER SAW SO MANY BOOBS IN MY LIFE, EVEN THE STAFF HAD NO PROBLEM SHOWING ME THEIRS. AS I ASKED QUESTIONS, EVERY ONE OF THE GIRLS THAT I SPOKE TO ALL SAID THE SAME THING ABOUT DR.POUSTI, HE IS KIND ,GENTLE , VERY SWEET, A PERFECTIONIST IS THE WORD THAT I HEARD SEVERAL TIMES WHICH ALSO PUT ME AT EASE . AND HIS BEDSIDE MANNER IS TO DIE FOR . AFTER TALKING WITH THE DR. MYSELF HE WAS EXTREMLY PATIENT , LISTENED TO ALL MY CONCERNS, I CAME HOME AND WAS SO EXCITED BECAUSE AFTER SEARCHING FOR A LONG TIME I KNEW WITHOUT A DOUBT THAT DR. POUSTI WAS THE RIGHT DR. FOR ME . I AM IN LOVE WITH MY BREASTS, AND MY NOSE I CANT STOP STARING AT MY SELF .BEFORE,, DURING AND AFTER, DR. POUSTI WAS MAGNIFICENT, ALONG WITH ALL HIS STAFF IN HIS OFFICE, A SPECIAL THANX TO VANESSA WHO CALLED ME EVERY DAY FOR TWO WEEKS TO SEE HOW I WAS DOING AND IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS AT ALL., AND I WONT FORGET THE NURSE AT THE HOSPITAL, AND THE ANESTHESIOLOGIST WHO DR. POUSTI USED . I NEVER FELT AN OUNCE OF PAIN ON MY RHINOPLASTY, I HAD MY BONE SHAVED A LITTLE AND THE TIP ALTERED, AFTER A FEW DAYS I FELT JUST FINE WITH MY BREASTS .I WAITED 20 YEARS TO LONG FOR MY SURGERY, I WISHED I WOULD HAVE DONE IT SOONER. IM SO HAPPY WITH MY RESULTS. AND ASIDE FROM MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE DR. POUSTIS CREDENTIALS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES THANK YOU , THANK YOU , DR. POUSTI , I WILL BE A RETURNING PATIENT NO QUESTION ABOUT IT….

I would like to start first by saying “Thank You” to Dr. Pousti and the girls! I had always been very self-conscious about the size and shape of my nose until I met Dr. Pousti and the girls. Not only were they there to listen to every complaint I had about my nose but they were also there to let me know how beautiful I was as a person, no matter what I chose to do. That was a very important thing to me because I didn’t feel as though I was just another number in their office. Dr. Pousti and his staff made me feel beautiful before and after I had my procedure done. They also ensured me that I would be okay during my time of fear. It had been so long since I had gone under anesthesia, I was scared and wondered if this was what I really wanted. Let me just say one thing: if I had to, or wanted to get plastic surgery done again, I would definitely do it again…on one condition, that it be done by Dr. Pousti and staff. I could not believe how fast I recovered, without any pain! I admit, it was a little uncomfortable…but obviously with any surgery there will be some discomfort. I don’t know what kind of technique Dr. Pousti uses but whatever it is… it’s working very well because my whole experience with rhinoplasty was great!!
The only regret I have is that I didn’t find them years ago because without a doubt…they would have been my first choice. Thank you Dr. Pousti and staff, I love my new nose!!
